c)      co-ordinate training delivery

d)      finalise and handover Training Plan

 

 

Together we will take the following steps: 

 

  1. We will ask you to completed our training questionnaire

  2. You will provide us with your current organization chart

  3. Together we will complete a skills audit of your staff

  4. We will then provide you with a training matrix which will identify possible areas for skills development

  5. We will liaise with any training suppliers / consultants and arrange delivery of on-site or off-site training.

  6. We will finalise the draft Training Plan for your approval and handover
